Expected to be completed in September 2023, this estate is located near Tengah Plantation MRT station on the Jurong Region MRT line Stage 2, Plantation Grange and Plantation Grove as well as the nearby West Ridges in Bukit Batok, Tengah Park MRT station on the Jurong Region MRT line Stage 2 and Dulwich College Singapore at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8. This estate was first announced in May 2019 as BTO project flats and it will be served by new public bus service 992 which will link Bukit Batok with the Plantation estate in Tengah.
