Best place to live in. New estate surrounded by sufficient amenities and the upcoming sports hub just opposite the development. On the right we have the Jurong lake garden as well as the upcoming Taman Jurong Polyclinic. PCF sparkletots is right at the void deck for parents who requires child care services while being away at work.

It is a new estate that is near plenty of amenities. 5mins stroll and you’ll reach the beautiful Jurong Lake Garden.
If you’re looking for a quick snack, there’s Taman Jurong Hawker Centre (8mins walk) and 158 Coffeeshop (5mins walk) or Super Bowl Jurong (8mins walk). Craving for fast food? There’s McDonald, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut.
One thing I love about this place is that there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance. 2 NTUC (1 of which is 24h) and 1 Sheng Siong (also 24h). So if you are starting a family, living here is pretty good I must say. Easy access to ready to eat meals, to groceries, and to a national park.
(One final perk is that the estate is pretty near AYE exit so for those of you who drive, it is well connected, with almost no jam)
