This is actually the second place I’ve lived in in Singapore, and thanks to 99.co, it took me only a week to find it, and it was actually cheaper than my previous place too. The location’s great—it’s close to my office, the MRT station isn’t too far away, there’s a bus that stops right outside the condo, and taxis are highly accessible in the area. I’d hate to describe it this way… but the decor is hipster-ish. I have to say that I’m very pleased with it though.
What’s your favourite feature on 99.co?
That I can see all the available condos within a comfortable walking distance from my office! There are other apps that provide a similar feature, but they’re nowhere nearly as accurate or dynamic as the one on 99.co. I rely on walking a lot, so it’s extremely important to me that I know what sort of amenities will be walkable from my place.
Describe your dream home.
It would have lots of open spaces, open windows, high ceilings, and colourful furnishing. But most of all, a home should be cosy. It’s just that simple, really!
