1. Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio: In Singapore, the maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio determines how much you can borrow against the property's value. For subsequent properties, the LTV decreases, typically to 45% for the second and 40% for any additional properties.
2. Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR): Another crucial factor is the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR), which limits the amount of your monthly income that can go towards servicing loans.
