The average prices for condos in 2025 are as follows: one-bedroom units at S$1.182 million, two-bedroom units at S$1.777 million, three-bedroom units at S$2.370 million, four-bedroom units at S$3.672 million, and five-bedroom or larger units at S$4.371 million.
