For multi-generational units, the average selling price was S$1,049,000 in 2024, but none have been sold so far in 2025. The average prices for condos in 2025 are as follows: one-bedroom units at S$1.182 million, two-bedroom units at S$1.777 million, three-bedroom units at S$2.370 million, four-bedroom units at S$3.672 million, and five-bedroom or larger units at S$4.371 million.

In 2024, the average price per square foot (psf) for properties in Singapore was S$602. By 2025, this figure rose to S$634, reflecting an impressive increase of 19.38% over the past three years.
