HDB resale prices have been growing steadily, with an 8.6% increase in 2024. However, in 2025, growth may slow down if buyers start shifting towards private properties due to falling mortgage rates. Despite this, demand for larger HDB units, such as Executive flats, is likely to remain strong due to their affordability compared to condominiums and limited supply. Condominium resale prices grew by only 3.9% in 2024, much lower than the 7.8% growth in 2023. However, with expected interest rate cuts making private properties more affordable, condominium resale prices could see higher growth in 2025.
