Good condo with well-kept facilities. The only downside is occasional traffic noise from the main road nearby, but overall, it’s a peaceful place to come home to.

The blend of nature and modern facilities is perfect here. I especially enjoy the jogging paths and swimming pool. It’s also super convenient having shopping malls so close by.

Facilities are good, but sometimes the gym and pool get crowded during peak hours. Location is decent, though traffic around Serangoon North can get busy during rush hour.
