The building is good. But it is not attractive for those with children. On several floors there are spaces with tables and chairs, but in reality they are all useless. I think the elevator is stuffy. Most of the staff are polite and kind. The rooftop pool has a great view of the city. Great location: Mrt (green line) and several bus stops around. Some restaurants, market, 7 eleven and pharmacy. Everything 4 minutes away. The canal is also 5 minutes away, which is great for walking or cycling.

Lived here for a year, and totally loved this building...eventually had to move because we needed more space and bought our own place elsewhere, but really enjoyed the year we spent here.
Have lived in 6 or 7 condos over the years, and this is one of the best.
Key highlights:
- superb location, close to MRT (and one not far from town), NTUC supermarket, Redhill Market and Hawker Centre, Alexandra Park Connector
- super pools, one of the 1st floor and another on the rooftop...I mainly used the rooftop pool which has a stunning view of Singapore and a functioning jacuzzi
- good mix of residents, comprising both owner-occupiers and mostly expat tenants
- good MC, who are generally sensible and not overbearing like in some condos...which means the MA is also generally sensible (since they answer to the MC)
- good community...there's a residents WhatsApp group chat where people help each other out with things like group buying, recommendations, lending small items (laptop charger, electric drill, etc.)

Nice and peaceful place with great nearby amenities and a new condo mgmt team who has shown strong commitment to make the place safer and conducive.
So let's give them kindness and love to harmonise a more likeable approach. 😊
