    Apartments are older so decent room sizes etc. People are generally friendly. Maintenance in shared areas is not great, so a bit scruffy in places. Access to Dover MRT and Ulu Pandan road, good, but very few amenities on doorstep. Don't even consider an apartment here however unless you are very relaxed about screaming (and I do mean SCREAMING) and shouting children. Daytime is mostly peaceful, but for around two hours each evening (between 5.00 and 7.00ish) we have kids who are let out to play and allowed to scream and shout endlessly. Nobody seems to make any effort to control their behaviour and the parents (or helpers?) seem totally unconcerned. Massively inconsiderate and very wearing.
