Surrounded by low-rise landed enclaves and private condominiums, the Hillhaven is a 99-year leasehold new launch condominium situated in the serene neighbourhood of Hillview in District 23. It's just across the road from Midwood, launched in 2019 and slated to complete in 2024.

In the second half of 2022, Far East Civil Engineering (Pte.) Limited and Sekisui House Ltd won the Hillview Rise GLS Tender as the highest bidders among 4 others. They submitted a bid of $320 million for the Hillview Rise GLS site, which amounted to $1,024 psf per plot ratio. The site's Gross Floor Area (GFA) is 313305.14sq ft (29,107 m²) and can potentially yield 335 units.
Connectivity to Hillhaven
The development is a brief 5-minute walk from Hillview MRT station on the Downtown (DTL) line, connecting residents directly to the city centre. The DTL also provides connectivity to other lines, such as the Circle line via Botanic Gardens, the North-South line via Newton, the Thomson-east Coast line via Stevens, the North East line via Little India and the East-West line via Bugis.

Hillhaven's close proximity to numerous nature parks will allow nature lovers ample opportunity to relax and unwind. Residents can access Hillview Park Connector, which is part of the Western Adventure loop. It passes through Hillview Avenue and extends from Bukit Batok Nature Park to Dairy Farm Nature Reserve.

Alternatively, residents can visit the newly-restored Rail Corridor trail via Hillview Avenue. The Rail Corridor links to popular nature sites and attractions such as Upper Bukit Timah Truss Bridge, Singapore Quarry Bridge, Bukit Timah Railway Station and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
URA Masterplan near Hillhaven
According to the URA Masterplan 2019, Hillhaven falls within the Bukit Batok Planning Area, which promises new public and private housing estates, quality amenities and more green recreational spaces. Moreover, the new Hume MRT station on the Downtown line is slated to open by 2025, providing even greater convenience to Hillview and Bukit Batok residents.
