Rented this place for the last 6 years. Great place surrounded by landed properties, evening jog here is fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful at night. A short walk to Nex and serangoon Mrt station.
Some tiles issues at the common area but heard from management that it will be fixed soon. Also like the fact that there are not so many units here else using of facilities will be a challenge.
