Nice condo overall, but the size means facilities sometimes get crowded, especially on weekends. The location near public transport and schools is definitely a plus.

Overall I like the layout of my unit. got good airflow and morning sun. Maintenance team is efficient.

Good balance between facilities and location. The units are spacious and well designed. A bit of noise from nearby roads, but generally a comfortable place to live.

I’ve stayed at a few condos before but this one feels most complete. Got study lounge, meeting rooms, BBQ pits, you name it. Can do everything here except maybe kopi tiam style breakfast lah.

Quite peaceful if your unit face the inner courtyard. My mum enjoys walking the garden trail downstairs. But the condo too big, visitor always kena lost finding block.

Location win already - just next to Marymount MRT, really helps during peak hour. But honestly, with so many units, feel more like HDB than condo sometimes.

JadeScape is quite atas. Security guards friendly, always smile and greet. The gym has a lot of equipment, but a bit dusty sometimes. Also wish they got more sheltered paths when it rains.

Absolutely love living here! The landscaping and green spaces make the place feel like a little oasis. Nearby schools and shops make life easy.

Place is nice lah, but a bit too packed. Every weekend the pool like public pool, kids shouting, floaties everywhere. Still, location quite central so okay lor.

Jadescape has great facilities and a nice community vibe. The pool areas are lovely and the gym is well-equipped.
