Kingsford Water Bay is one of the most peaceful blocks,offering a tranquil environment where everyone can relax and enjoy the fantastic amenities. The swimming pool is beautifully designed,providing a serene space to swim and unwind. Residents also enjoy access to a well-equipped gym and tennis courts. The prices are affordable,making it an ideal place for tenants looking for a great place to live.

Cosy

Location is at a quiet location near to amenities like NTUC, private clinics, coffeeshop, 24-hour fast-food, etc. PCN and Serangoon River gives it a very nice option to cycling, walking and jogging. It has full condo facility with swimming pools (2 big swimming pools) as its greatest feature. Evening stroll along the pool after dinner is among my family's favorite past-time. It has its own frequent private shuttle service and frequent public service 324 in front of the condo and has only 8 stops (round trip) after departing from Hougang bus terminal. It is no wonder many residents opt not to have personal transport. Overall, Kingsford Waterbay with its combination of good range of facilities, quiet and convenient location makes it a great place to live.

Resort feel

Attended a function at one of the Function Rooms. As a visitor to Kingsford. Didn't get clear direction how after parking we could proceed to the Function room even though we told security it was our 1st time visiting. Experience would have been better if there were clear signage at the visitor parking area too.
