Great place to stay in as the location is superb.
Takes about 22mins to reach Dhoby Ghaut.
Right beside and fully sheltered to mrt, bus interchange, shopping mall & 24/7 food centre.
Facilities are well maintained.

Very near to compass one and Sengkang square kopitiam (24hrs). Just 1 word CONVENIENT! Living environment kept improving with well managed facilities by the management. Sheltered all the way to mrt and compass one if rain is a concern. Splendid!

Sheltered all the way from MRT.
Both lap pool and kids pool are awesome.
Only con is the basement carpark arrangement not so convenient.

Facility upkeep is good. However the lift lobby, carpark condition is not up to par. Pool too crowded sometimes.
