Very convenient location, able to walk to Bugis or Tekka market (where you can find your hawker centers), Orchard road, City Hall(where you can find your upscale shopping malls), several schools like St Margaret, SMU, and also near to several MRT lines which can connect you to whole railway network of Singapore. With the Peace Center having Enbloc now, it is observed that the entire residence is more of a mixture of owner stay and tenant pool of students, expats. Good home 🏡
