Phue Pwint Wai was one of the 3 cleaners that attended to my house that my wife wanted to give extra 2 stars! She said that she is very details in cleaning and friendly too. Highly recommend to engage her.

Want to avoid secondhand smoke from neighbours? This is one of the few condos with a smoke-free by-law.
A stone's throw from Pierce Reservoir.
Great for nature lovers.

A lot of greenery but it also bring with it mosquitos.Thought the management fog weekly it seems to have push the mosquitoes further up the unit. I have lived in landed before but honestly there is more mosquitos and bugs here and I lived on the 4th level. The heavy rainfall imply the balcony are always wet. You need to have all weather blinds or else you cannot use the balcony space at all.

Serene and tranquil, this is what you get at this lovely low-rise, low-density residential development. You can hear the birds chirping and sound of nature. Great development for those who looking for a break away from the bustle and hustle of city life.
