Beautiful development with lots of common facilities space for recreational activities.
Does not feel claustrophobic within the development.
Only drawback is lack of MRT station within walking distance.

Good community overall but a little isolated compared to other regions. The presence of stores within the premises makes it convenient for daily needs.

TL;DR - Decent condo, failing MCST management (multiple complaints against MCST)
Big development, smart built in storages, beautiful facades with multiple swimming pools. Downside - inefficient and slow Management (mcst). Takes 1 month to register the IU of a car (for reference other mcst takes 1 min to do). No reception at basement carpark which makes it a pain when getting ride hailing. Directional signs at carpark is confusing despite multiple tries to rectify by the developer.

No amenities and mrt within walking distance, suit PMET working in commercial nodes nearby but less favorable for familiies. Subsale transactions also below expectations, units here cant move as compared to nearby TOP launches
