    Small but equipped with various shops to fulfil your needs. Supermarket? Laundry? Fitness? Cafe? All in.. it's a wonder how needs are met with functional housing. I'm not endorsing their location but find that there are sufficient amenities to sustain the home owners. I'm not gonna dwell into the housing units but having a small access road just for them speaks wonders. Not forgetting the petrol station which is less than a minute away, by foot ya. So u can imagine how close it is yeah... Not forgetting to mention the bus stop which is literally right at where the condo is. This is definitely the condo where everything is close-by.. even the traffic lights 😁😁.. All in all, to us, we look at the function of the place, not the rooms itself and this by far has all in one.., bus stop, petrol, supermarket... Etc.. so ya, check it out!!

    Landscape design is beautiful, various outdoor feature and activity, chess, foot reflexology perfect for grounding, glamping, kids playground suitable for 1-4yo, many individual gazebo/pod for outdoor working space, many stations to do family barbecue too. And these come with quite amount of maintenance fee.
