    Good place to buy for rental or stay. I like the convenience of it being so close to the Paya Lebar MRT and PLQ mall. However, this place can get a bit too busy during the weekend. Is very hard to find a unit that is South or East Facing as more than half of the unit on sale is west facing. Otherwise property has very good rental yield of more than 5%
