Really like the river facing view from balcony. This place is serene and close to nature. Conveniently connected to Parks and LRT via the side gate. The water features sound from both adjacent development is a bonus when having an evening walk along the PCN. 😁

Location is beside Layar LRT. Convenience store in the compound. Facilities are good. However there are some stupid rules, god knows who created them. You cannot park a rental car more than 4 days in a month.!! I have to bring company car home many times, and they dont allow for more than 4 days. Kids cannot play with floats in the pool. Security guards are a terror there. They think that they are guarding MAS or something like that. I have stayed in many condos in singapore, but this has the worst rules. It is a good condo, but has a useless management.
