This condo have 300 plus units. The bigger one after poiz. I like the feel and comfortable spacing in the communal areas. Worthy to consider for own stay

I love this place, is quiet and environment and cosy. Potong Pasir Mrt is right at doorstep with sheltered walkway.

Opposite used to be the Southeast Asia Union College, Seven day Adventist
School Campus. On this site is was a "Ancient" Christian Cemetery. It was a beautiful place for evening jogging and walkaround. A Feng Shui site "風水遺址" not really a good site for housing according to old timer.
