Location and facilities is good. Only thing I do not like is the long corridor shared between 10 + households give the HDB vibe without a sense of privacy. Quite disappointed with the design and layout of loft as well.
Carpark lift is dirty and stinky

Pretty nice condo not much to complain about but the elevator which is our default way of getting home always breaks down and please get rid of the Cmart downstairs and get a better convenient store like 7/11 or cheers. anything other than the lousy mini mart that we have pleasee

Beautiful condo design with great swimming pools and facilities. Location is convenient due to walking distance to mrt and Sims Vista hawker center etc. Had a good stay here.
