The view is great and the amenities are great. But when you actually live there, you don't really use them. A great place to bring friends.

Great place, location and amenities. Yes there is a bit of noise due to the ongoing constructions nearby, similar to many other developing areas around the country. This is actually great in the mid and long term as newer developments will increase the market value of the property. Proximity to MRT, Bus, food options and basically every service required.
