This is definitely one of the most calming condos in Singapore. It's surrounded by lots of lush greenery, and located in Hillview where you can get a really good view of nature from a high place. Not only that, it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest MRT station, Hillview station from the back gate as well as railway mall and HillV2 so it's really, really convenient. The facilities and amenities are varied and useful, including a gym, many types of swimming pools for residents of different ages, a games room, 2 playgrounds, 2 function rooms, a mini library, plus some vending machines. It's far away from the traffic too, so if you want some peace and quiet this place should definitely be considered. Overall, one of the best condominiums to stay in Singapore.

Amazing sunrises

Nice condo. I love the swimming pool. Good place to exercise as well…can have a morning or evening walk inside the compound. Spacious car park.

Have been staying here since 2005 - 18 years. Really love the place, quiet yet convenient with nearby MRT, nature parks, & not too far from PIE, BKE.

Foreigner living here for more than 10 years, the condo is quite peaceful and great when it comes to condo facilities such as the pool, basketball court, gym, and everything! The homes are quite spacious but the carpark is dirty and a bit messy with cockroaches in the carpark.

I like it here. Just hope the old fashioned way of management can be improved. It is 2023, yet when you need to move smth big to your flat, they still ask you to give 1000dollar actual "check" for deposit. We can do 1000dollar cash, But this maybe to modern to accept, they refused it, that left us a long way to get it and postponed scheduled things.

Nice condo. Feels away from city life hustle. Quiet and calming environment. Many facilities but I like having a basketball court.
