Close proximity to MRT Mattar station. Slightly overpriced based on this factor, there are not much amenities around as yet. The condo itself is tastefully built with modern common facilities however it does felt a bit clustered with irregularly stacked blocks around and a church. The service road leading to the condo is narrow serving a public school as well, could potentially be congested during peak hour.

Superb location with Mattar MRT next to it. Just 1 min walk from the condo. Food center is just opposite!!
