    Close proximity to MRT Mattar station. Slightly overpriced based on this factor, there are not much amenities around as yet. The condo itself is tastefully built with modern common facilities however it does felt a bit clustered with irregularly stacked blocks around and a church. The service road leading to the condo is narrow serving a public school as well, could potentially be congested during peak hour.

    Mrt right below, have affordable hawker food right cross the street and convenient to town.
