The Iveria is a freehold condominium in Singapore that has been redeveloped on the site of the former Riviera Point, located on Kim Yam road. This quirky 51-unit boutique development is inspired by New York City’s Flatiron Building, which was constructed in 1902. The Ivera is developed by Macly Group, the renowned local boutique developers behind residential projects like Fivenine and Nottinghill Suites. The Iveria is also being constructed by the firm Lim Wen Heng Holdings, of which Macly Group is a joint venture partner along with Roxy-Pacific holdings. The collective previously developed NEU at Novena, an 87-unit freehold development on Moulmein Rise.

Reaching and Leaving The Iveria

The Iveria was inspired by the urban hustle and bustle in Manhattan, New York City, specifically the Flatiron Building, NYC’s National History Landmark. With striking architecture, panoramic city skyline views, stylish urban interiors, The Iveria will offer the best of cosmopolitan living. The Iveria is designed in duality: light and dark, contemporary and contemplative. One side of its facade is sleek and reflective, while the other is contemporary and bold — an architectural icon in the making. Inside, a modern and minimalist material palette embraces modernity and flexibility. The off-form concrete feature wall is a bold aesthetic choice, that is a rare find in condominium interiors. This 19-storey, wedge-shaped building was designed by JGP Architecture, a Singapore-based award-winning architectural practice dedicated to providing design excellence for clients.
