The Iveria is also being constructed by the firm Lim Wen Heng Holdings, of which Macly Group is a joint venture partner along with Roxy-Pacific holdings. The collective previously developed NEU at Novena, an 87-unit freehold development on Moulmein Rise.

Reaching and Leaving The Iveria
