Hill House is a 999 years leasehold new launch condominium located at Institution Hill in the River Valley neighbourhood in District 9. Set to TOP in 2026, the development consists of 72 units of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments in one 10-storey residential block.
A joint venture of Macly Group, Roxy-Pacific Holdings and LWH Holdings acquired the site for Hill House in February 2021. Two residential plots at 10A and 10B Institution Hill were sold for S$33.6 million to the consortium called Mequity Hills.
