Nice quiet private condominium with swimming pool, about 5 minutes walk to Bukit Gombak MRT Station and Sports Stadium. Market and makan eateries nearby too.

Great condo! In the middle of 2 upcoming regional centers. Jurong and Woodlands. 300+m from MRT. And door step to amenities and nature. Good schools nearby. Undervalued if you ask me!

Security is so so, can just walk right in sometimes but the pool looks big and easy access to the market!
