1 year agoI'm writing in response to the review to the condo rubbish dump. The design and location of the rubbish dump is good as it is far from the units and not facing any units in Nautical. I do not understand why the next development that has 1 block so so close to our rubbish dump. As I sympathise with your inconvenience of living just above a rubbish dump but it is inaccurate to say that the rubbish dumo is a problem for Nautical residents. Nautical is a clean, quiet and nice resort condo , walking distance to MRT and a lot of amenities.
