A lovely condo - excellent location (NTUC at one gate and Great world mall and MRT very close to the back gate and the riverside too)… great connectivity and shopping convenience.
The facilities are maintained very well (especially for how old the condo is).
But I think what sets it apart is the community - wonderful people… very warm and helpful - it’s the community that makes Valley Park such an awesome place to stay!

Great spacious condo - you won´t find many with so much space and facilities anymore these days. Everything well maintained, beautiful gardens, huge pool with a nice crowd and a friendly and efficient management and staff. For me living here is like a resort holiday ,-) In the neighborhood you find everything you need - just next door valley point with Little Farms, Starbucks and Yoga. Opposite a great boxing place and more restaurants. Not to mention the recently opened MRT stop Great World around the corner.

Just another condominuim with close proximity to a mall though small and a short travel to larger malls & Orchard via public transport. Encountered a very nice & helpful female security officer on site to offered assistance without being approached.
