Bright, breezy and quiet! I am totally in love with this estate! The carpark is so airy with high ceiling and not dark, dingy and cluttered like some other estates, they made a wind tunnel which made the air circulation great. The developer also used quality finishing to the houses. The location is fantastic too, city fringe near to Potong Pasir MRT and bus stops. It is 4 stops away from Dhoby Ghaut, 6 stops away from Orchard, 2 stops away from Serangoon, 3 stops from Little India and a stone's throw away from PIE which leads to the East, town and many other places. Having only 4/5 units per level and no corridors have also given the homeowners a sense of privacy and comfort. Overall, a very well thought out estate.
