We recently moved over year and half, nice place overall. A bit of walk to Sengkang mrt but that’s fine, there is a prime super market nearby and sengkang square to buy things you need. Compassvale cape is nice but being near to highway could be a bit noisy at time.

HDB with condo like feeling near Sengkang Town Centre with plenty of dinning shopping banking library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby connecting with express bus services via TPE to all part of Singapore and buses to MRT station and bus interchanges Compass One shopping mall Kopitium Square Hougang Mall. Plenty of greenery overlooking beautiful views of TPE. Well designed layout with many build to order units. Plenty of hawker centre with upscaled styles like That Coffee Place. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

Nice place to come home to, has everything you need within walking distance and well laid out, Landscaping! well done just as good if not better then some condos. As a HDB cluster Compassvale Cape, you cannot ask for more "as it is", at this moment it is one of the best. This pictures specks for itself.
