Accessibility
Parc Glen @ Tengah will be served by Jurong Region Line MRT stations as well as bus services leading to the city and nearby towns. The nearest station is Tengah Plantation MRT (JE1), approximately 900m from the HDB complex – expected to operate by 2028. Parc Glen is also near the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) Phase 1. The new station is located opposite the international school Dulwich College, which is about a kilometre from the HDB. On top of that, with an extensive network of walking and cycling paths, residents of Parc Glen will also be able to walk and cycle everywhere in Tengah.
Prefer to drive? Major expressways such as the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) nearby give drivers convenient access to the city centre and other parts of Singapore. Raffles Place, for instance, is a 30-minute drive via the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

Relax and connect with your neighbours at the roof gardens available at some of the residential blocks and above the Multi-Storey Car Park. Tengah will be the first town to integrate housing developments with the area’s surrounding greenery and biodiversity. One major attraction will be the approximately 100-metre-wide and 5 km-long Forest Corridor, which will form part of the larger network of greenery that connects the Western Water Catchment Area and the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.
On top of that, while Tengah New Town is being developed, residents of Parc Glen would be spoiled daily with all the public amenities in the neighbouring Bukit Batok and Jurong East. You can find the West Mall shopping mall next to Bukit Batok MRT Station. It boasts a wide variety of stores, a library, a cinema, a supermarket, and a post office. Parc Glen residents can buy almost everything they need in this shopping mall. On top of that, one train ride away is Westgate Mall and JEM. These shopping malls in Jurong are accessible via J-Walk, an elevated pedestrian network connecting Jurong East MRT to nearby developments.
Hawker Centres near Parc Glen
Bukit Batok is quite a foodie’s destination, especially for hawker food. Bukit Batok Street 11 Food Centre has a good mix of stalls, and Hokkien Mee Ngoh Hiang has been a must-visit since 2012. Another local favourite is the S-11 Bukit Batok Food House, located next to Bukit Batok MRT. It is one of the most reliable food centres in Bukit Batok since 1993. If you are just moving in and you ask your neighbours where to grab good food, they would often refer to this hawker centre!
Schools near Parc Glen
Within a 2km radius, there are 6 primary schools including Jurong Primary, Princess Elizabeth, and the popular St. Anthony's Primary School. Other schools are Dazhong Primary School, Shuqun Primary School, and Yuhua Primary School. Higher education is also available. For example, Millennia Institute, Dulwich College, and the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC) are close to Parc Glen.

The nearest library is Bukit Batok Public Library, situated within the famous West Mall Shopping Centre. The most extensive collection in this library is the Children’s English books, both in fiction and non-fiction, followed by English books for Adults.

Sattha Punchaniyaram Buddhist Temple and Guilin Combined Temple along Bukit Batok West Ave 8 are located close by. Sri Arulmigu Murugan Temple, a Hindu temple, is also a short drive from Parc Glen.
Hospitals near Parc Glen
There are several medical clinics near Parc Glen @ Tengah, the nearest one is Everhealth Family Clinic & Surgery (700m). However, in case of an emergency, residents can drive for about 10 minutes to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital at Jurong East.
Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is part of integrated development with the adjoining Jurong Community Hospital. Patients will benefit from the co-management of doctors from both hospitals and integrated medical records and treatment plans.
