Telok Blangah ParcView is a 10-minute walk to Telok Blangah MRT station and also walkable to Labrador Park station, which is both on the Circle Line. The proximity to Labrador Park MRT is a bonus point for residents working in modern business hubs such as Mapletree Business City, Alexandra Technopark, and more. 

Residents will also find themselves five stops from Buona Vista MRT on the East-West Line and two stops away from the Harbourfront interchange, which connects residents to the North-East Line and the Sentosa Monorail.

The SBS Transit Bus Service 120 connects residents to Telok Blangah MRT Station but also passes through Bukit Merah, Redhill, and Alexandra. The cherry on top is the short, fully sheltered walk to the bus stop offering bus 120. Although there are just three bus services, with the furthest going out to Whampoa, residents can change buses to head to other parts of the island. 

As for drivers, you will be delighted to know that getting to the CBD area is a 10-minute drive. After exiting from Telok Blangah Heights or Telok Blangah Street 32, drivers will be connected to the Central Expressway (CTE)--heading to Orchard Road is a 12-minute drive. 

Besides the CTE, the development is close to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), which connect drivers to the West and the East. Telok Blangah Parcview is located in the Central region, so accessibility should be the least of your worries.

Telok Blangah Parcview has its minimart and eating house at Block 91. Besides these amenities, there is also an RCC, Senior Care Centre, Senior Activity Centre, Childcare Centre and many others. 

There is a sheltered drop-off porch in almost every residential block for easy pick-up and drop-off. Unique to Telok Blangah Parcview, there are two multi-storey carparks with roof gardens at both ends of the development. There are three roof gardens with ample seating areas for residents to lounge. 

Interestingly, Telok Blangah Parcview is also near Gillman Barracks, a hub for Contemporary arts. There are also dining options, such as cafes at Gillman Barracks, such as Hopscotch cafe.

VivoCity, one of Singapore’s largest shopping centres, is a short 7-minute drive or 15 to 20 minutes bus ride away. At VivoCity, you can find almost everything, from various kinds of retail and dining options to all the collections at library@harbourfront.
