2. Click on ‘List Property’ at the top right of the page.
3. Enter the property’s postal code and select the property type.
4. Choose which commercial type it falls under – is it retail, office, industrial, or land. Once you select your property type, you’ll be able to narrow it down even further. For instance, if it’s a retail listing, you can specify if it’s for F&B, a medical suite, a shop unit, a mall shop, or a shophouse. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page and you’ll be directed to the following section.
5. Next, select if your listing is for sale or rent.
