99.co now includes EV charging information on condo pages

When searching for a home, you’ll probably begin with the essentials: price, location, layout and nearby amenities. However, the smaller details that shape your daily routine can be just as important.

For electric vehicle (EV) owners, or those considering making the switch in the future, one of these details is the charging setup within a development. Previously, finding this information could involve visiting other websites or contacting the development directly.

To make the process simpler, 99.co now displays EV charging details directly on condo project and listing pages. You can review a development’s charging facilities alongside the other property information that matters to you, all within the same browsing journey.

With this update, 99.co is also the first property marketplace in Singapore to introduce EV charging information directly into the property search experience.

Why EV charging is becoming more relevant

Electric vehicles are becoming a more common sight on Singapore’s roads. EVs accounted for 45% of new car registrations in 2025, up from 33.8% in 2024 and 18.2% in 2023.

As more drivers make the switch, charging access may increasingly become part of the home-search process. After all, knowing that a condo has chargers is only the first step. You may also want to understand how quickly they can charge your vehicle, which service provider operates them and so on.

EV charging details, right where you browse

You can find the EV charging section on condo project and individual listing pages across both the 99.co website and app.

The section appears alongside the information you may already use to compare homes, including prices, available listings, floor plans, location details and nearby amenities. This makes it easier to consider the development’s charging facilities as part of your overall property comparison.

What EV charging details will you see?

Here’s what you’ll find in the EV charging section: 

Service provider

The service provider tells you which company operates the charging facilities. As providers may use different apps, payment methods, membership plans and fees, this can help you understand how the service is accessed and paid for. 

Power output

The charger’s power output will be displayed in kilowatts, or kW. In general, a higher output allows a compatible EV to charge more quickly. However, actual charging times can vary depending on your car’s battery size, its remaining charge and the maximum charging rate it supports.

Connector type and charging speed

You’ll also see the connector type and charging speed, giving you a better sense of how the setup could fit into your routine. Depending on the development, this may include:

• CCS · Fast charging (DC 120kW): Suitable for a quick top-up, potentially in under an hour.
• Type 2 · Medium charging (AC 22kW): Generally takes a few hours and may suit daytime charging.
• Type 2 · Slow charging (AC 7.4kW): Usually suited to overnight charging and commonly found in residential carparks.

Number of connectors

You can also see the number of connectors available for each charging setup. For example, a condo may provide several connectors for overnight charging, alongside a smaller number of faster chargers. While this won’t tell you how busy the chargers are at any given time, it provides useful context when comparing the facilities offered by different condos.

A more practical way to compare condos

Your preferred charging setup will depend on how you use your car.

For instance, fast charging may be helpful if you regularly need to recharge within a shorter period. Meanwhile, a slower charger may be perfectly suitable if your EV is usually parked at home overnight.

Two condos could have similar asking prices, locations and unit sizes, yet offer very different charging facilities. One may provide several overnight chargers, while another could offer a smaller number of higher-powered connectors.

Having this information within the property page allows you to factor those differences into your overall comparison. It can also help you prepare more specific questions for the agent or condo management, such as:

More EV charging features are on the way

EV charging information is being rolled out progressively across condo pages and will eventually be available for all condos. HDB pages will also be included in a later phase.

A map view is coming soon as well. Once introduced, it will let you explore charging points around a property within a selected radius, such as one to five kilometres. This means that even if a development doesn’t have chargers on site, you’ll still be able to see what options are available nearby without leaving your property search.

Together, these updates will give you a clearer view of both the home and the charging infrastructure around it.
