Ang Mo Kio HDB BTO October 2024 – Central Trio @ AMK

In the October 2024 BTO launch, Ang Mo Kio introduced Central Trio @ AMK, a project offering 422 flats, including 2-room Flexi and 4-room units. Strategically situated between Yio Chu Kang and Ang Mo Kio MRT stations, it provides excellent connectivity for daily commutes, making it ideal for young couples, small families, and retirees.

Woodlands BTO October 2024: Marsiling Ridge

Marsiling Ridge in Woodlands will deliver 292 Standard flats across 4-room and 5-room types. Its strategic position near Marsiling MRT station and future North-South Corridor links adds to its appeal. Prices start at S$329,000 for 4-room flats (as low as S$249,000 with grants) and S$488,000 for 5-room flats (S$433,000 with grants). Nearby resale flats are priced between S$560,000 and S$826,000.
