If you are seriously considering to buy a new property in the coming months, we have some good news. There’s a good number of launches over the next few months worth looking at.
Expected to launch by Q4 2016
Alps Residences in Tampines
- Located along Tampines Street 82. An up and coming area with more private residential developments to be completed in the following years
- Prices are expected to start below $500,000. The lowest transacted price in the nearby The Santorini is $508,000, which belongs the same developer MCC.
Queens Peak in Queenstown
- Next to Queenstown MRT. It’s at a great location so it will be very popular if the pricing is reasonable.
- Like the Alps Residences, it is also developed by MCC land.
- No news of pricing so far. Winning bid was $871 psf per GFA, and we expect the selling psf to be in the range of $1500-$1800.
- Keen competition with Commonwealth Towers just next door, with more than 400 units still available for sale. Queens Peak has more than 700 units in total, so buyers have a good range of selection who wish to buy a unit near the Queenstown MRT.
Parc Riviera in West Coast
- A quiet enclave in the private residential area in the West Coast area.
- No news of pricing so far. Winning bid was $551 psf per GFA and we expect the selling psf to be in the range of $1,100 to $1,300.
- Proximity to the new High Speed Rail Terminus between Singapore and Malaysia.
- Developer has made news previously for the wrong reasons in 2015 and this year. They have learnt their lesson and is striving to improve.
Forest Woods in Serangoon
- We have covered Forest Woods in our previous post.

Coming Soon (Expected Q1 2017)
Alexandra View at Redhill
- Right next to Redhill MRT.
Clement Canopy at Clementi
- Next to NUS High and within walking distance to Clementi MRT.
Siglap Link at East Coast
- Rare development around the Siglap area. Next to Victoria school and near to the East Coast Park
Tanah Merah MRT (again)
- A few parcels of land has been released over the past years and properties here have done extremely well over the years. Urban Vista was sold out and Eco has only a few more units left. The Glades are also performing well these few months, coming in as one of the top 5 selling projects over the past few months.
In the coming 6 months, there are a good number of choices around the island with some really prime spots that are right next to the MRT stations.
