In 2024, the average price for HDB flats reached S$611,000. By 2025, this figure has increased to S$635,843, marking a significant rise of 15.89% over the past three years. For multi-generational units, the average selling price was S$1,049,000 in 2024, but none have been sold so far in 2025.
