Specifically, the average prices for HDB flats in 2025 are as follows: one-bedroom units at S$260,000, two-bedroom units at S$356,000, three-room flats at S$461,000, four-room flats at S$660,000, five-room flats at S$767,000, and executive units at S$893,000.
