For multi-generational units, the average selling price was S$1,049,000 in 2024, but none have been sold so far in 2025. Turning to condominiums, the average price in 2025 stands at S$2,173,407, compared to S$1,998,201 in 2024. This represents a 12.06% increase over the last three years.
