In 2024, the average price for HDB flats reached S$611,000. By 2025, this figure has increased to S$635,843, marking a significant rise of 15.89% over the past three years. Specifically, the average prices for HDB flats in 2025 are as follows: one-bedroom units at S$260,000, two-bedroom units at S$356,000, three-room flats at S$461,000, four-room flats at S$660,000, five-room flats at S$767,000, and executive units at S$893,000. For multi-generational units, the average selling price was S$1,049,000 in 2024, but none have been sold so far in 2025.
