Terms of Sale
- General
- By purchasing any product or service, which for the purposes of these Terms of Sale includes utilising 99 Group products and/or services on a complimentary basis as well as activating a Trial Account (“Services”) from 99 Group Pte. Ltd. or its entities (“99 Group”), including access to websites or applications owned or administered by 99 Group (collectively, the "Site"), data and advertising/marketing products and services, you ( the “Purchaser”) have entered into a legally binding agreement with 99 Group. The 99 Group currently consists of 99.co, iProperty Singapore, Rumah123, SRX and UrbanIndo.
- The terms set out in section 2 of these Terms of Sale apply to all purchases. Additional terms may apply to the sale of specific products or services.
- By making a purchase you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Further, you also agree to be bound by 99 Group’s General Terms of Use set out at https://www.99.co/terms and the 99 Group Privacy Policy set out at https://www.99.co/privacy. You are advised to read these policies before making any purchase.
- Please be advised that 99 Group may amend both the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time and you are advised to check regularly for updates to these policies.
- The sale is also subjected to the T&C stated on the tax invoice for the product purchase.
- Unless expressly set out in the Terms of Sale, no party other than the Purchaser shall acquire any rights whatsoever under the Terms of Sale by virtue of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) or otherwise.
- General Terms
- Purchases
- Purchases are limited to the subscription, products and/or services expressly identified in the Terms of Sale and/or recorded in the invoice.
- For that avoidance of doubt any purchaser may not rely on any term or condition unless it is in writing and forms part of these Terms of Sale or any related product or service specific Term of Sale. 99 Group provides absolutely no warranty as to the results achieved by Purchasers using our products or services.
- Products purchased for individual use are non-transferable and are not permitted to be shared.
- The Purchaser must at their own cost provide any computer and/or device required to access any subscription and/or services or products. Similarly, the Purchaser must at their own cost provide any internet access required to access any subscription and/or services or products.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing all subscriptions are for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.
- Product purchases may only be made through 99 Group websites or applications or from an authorised person of 99 Group.
- If a purchaser fails to utilise products and/or services during the active period and before expiry date of their subscription, those products or services will be forfeited. The time period cannot be extended.
- If a purchaser renews their subscription term, any unutilised benefits products or services will not be carried over.
- Trial accounts, including Purchaser-activated trial accounts are valid for one-time use only per user and may be utilised for a maximum period of one month or such other period as 99 Group determines in its absolute discretion. 99 Group reserves the right to limit, alter or amend the functionality available under trial accounts and to suspend, cancel or deactivate trial accounts in its absolute discretion and at any time and without notice to the Purchaser. 99 Group shall not be liable for any information lost or any other damage caused to the Purchaser through activation, use or deactivation of the trial account.
- Payments
- Your right to use any Products or Services is wholly dependent upon having made payment for those Products and or Services and your use is limited to the Product(s) and/or Service(s) recorded in the invoice.
- The purchaser has absolute responsibility for their choice of method or payment and as such bears sole responsibility for any charges and/or fees incurred by their nominated payment method. Similarly, if the purchaser chooses to change their method of payment, the purchaser bears sole responsibility for any consequential charges and/or fees that may be incurred.
- If a purchaser nominates to make payment by way of cheque, the provision of the purchased subscription, service and/or product shall only be made available to the purchaser upon the cheque being cleared by 99 Group’s Bank of choice. Any fees incurred by virtue of a cheque that fails to clear shall be paid expeditiously and in full by the purchaser.
- Prices
- The cost of any subscription, service or product offered by 99 Group to a prospective purchaser may change from time to time at the sole discretion of 99 Group.
- Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Transfers, exchanges or substitutions of one product for another product or service are not permitted save for in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of 99 Group.
- Policy of Acceptable Use
- The purchaser agrees not to use any subscription, product or service in any way that is unlawful under any applicable laws, or harms 99 Group, its service providers, suppliers or any other user. You agree not to use any subscription, product or service in any way that breaches any other code of conduct, policy or notice on the Services. Salespersons are permitted to use the graphics, charts and illustrations in the Home ReportTM for marketing purposes. This can include ranges as long as it does not reveal the actual transactions in accordance with the regulations of the Council for Estate Agencies.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- 99 Group reserves all intellectual property rights in relation to any subscription, product or services or related content including but not limited to its online web content, newsletters, data analysis, X-Drone footage, and any trademarks or material subject to copyright. Nothing in these Terms of Sale provides the purchaser any rights to, licence or the right to use any IP material other than was expressly authorised within the subscription, product or service terms of sale and limited to the express purposes identified in that subscription, product or service terms of sale.
- Disclaimers
- Any purchase of any subscription, product or service is subject to 99 Group’s General Terms of Use https://www.99.co/terms expressly including those provisions set out under the headings of No Warranty and Further Disclaimers. Further, any purchaser expressly acknowledges that their purchase is on an “as is” basis. 99 Group expressly disclaims all warranties or any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties on merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Indemnity
- The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold 99 Group, each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any purchaser content, any third party applications, software or submission any purchaser may post or share on or through the Site, their use of the Service or the Site, their conduct in connection with the Service or the Site or with other users of the Service or the Site, or any violation of the 99 Group’s General Terms of Use or of any law or the rights of any third party, including without limitation any action(s) or claims(s) against 99 Group on account of any User Content or Submission being or containing material that infringes the intellectual property of a third party.
- Termination
- 99 Group may terminate the Terms of Sale without notice. Causes for termination may include but are not limited to:
- the purchaser being made subject of a bankruptcy order:
- the purchaser fails to make payment in accordance with the Terms of Sale:
- failure to adhere and repeated violations of the terms stated in this Terms of Sale or the 99 Group’s General Terms of Use
- infringement of the intellectual property rights of 99 Group and/or any Third Party:
- pursuant to any Court Order or reasonable request by any law enforcement or other Government agency: or
- discontinuance or material modification of 99 Group’s subscriptions, products or services.
- Any termination of the Terms of Sales or purchase agreement shall result in the purchaser no longer having made available to them the purchased subscription, product or service. The purchaser shall not be eligible for any refund in whole or in part nor are they entitled to any compensation or indemnity in any circumstances.
- 99 Group may terminate the Terms of Sale without notice. Causes for termination may include but are not limited to:
- Purchases
- Data Products & Services
- A purchaser may by virtue of their purchase of a subscription, product or service be able to access certain data. 99 Group owns the intellectual property rights to all data and content related to its subscriptions, products or services but grants a limited non-exclusive, revocable license for a purchaser to use for their individual internal business purposes.
- A purchaser is not permitted to reproduce any data accessed pursuant to their purchase or any subscription product or service nor are they permitted to pass off or represent any such data as being their own.
- Purchasers of any subscription, product or service that provides access to data products or services shall not distribute such data to any third party unless they request and obtain express permission in writing from 99 Group. Any such express permission granted may be limited in any way and may be revoked by 99 Group at any time without notice.
- Data purchased for specific single-use purposes (e.g. flyers) may only be used for the specific purpose set out in writing in any product specific Terms or Sales supplementing these general Terms of Sale and may only be used once only for that purpose. Thereafter data must be deleted or destroyed by the Purchaser who is not permitted to extract data or retain copies of the data in whole or in part.
- The purchase of any data product or service is subject to the Terms of Use expressly including those provisions set out under the headings of No Warranty and Further Disclaimers. Any purchaser expressly acknowledges that their purchase of any data product or service is on an “as is” basis. 99 Group expressly disclaims all warranties or any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties on merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- 99 Group reserves the right to amend or vary these terms in relation to data products and services to any extent and at any time in its sole discretion
- Professional App/Web Access
- This section applies to accounts purchased or provided for access to all 99 Group products on Sites which include, but not limited to, Refresh, Listing Plus+, Researcher, Prospector, SRX Advisor, SRX Advisor Web, Agent Connect, Analyzer, Home Report, Mortgage Connect as well as professional/restricted features of public websites/applications (“Professional Apps”)
- Professional Account Apps are for personal use and may only be accessed by one user.
- Purchasers acknowledge that they are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their access details and devices and are liable for all activities using their account.
- 99 Group reserves the right to access any account for investigation purposes at its sole discretion and without notice.
- A purchaser’s right to access any product or service depends upon ongoing compliance with 99 Group’s General Terms of Use and other related policies, the terms or sale, applicable laws and payment for the product or services having been processed and received by 99 Group.
- 99 Group reserves the right to terminate access to any product or service at any time and in its sole discretion in particular but not limited to circumstances where the access has been made available by the purchaser to one or more additional users.
- Valuations
- Valuation reports are prepared subject to the following Limiting Conditions:
- The report is confidential to the Purchaser and restricted in use for the specific purpose to which it refers. 99 Group disclaim any liability should it be used by other person(s) or for any other purpose(s).
- Neither the whole or any part of a valuation report or any reference to it may be included in any document, circular or statement or be published in any way without prior written consent to the form and context in which it may appear. 99 Group bears no responsibility for any unauthorized inclusion or publication.
- Where it is stated in a valuation report that information has been supplied by another party, this information is believed to be reliable and 99 Group accepts no responsibility if this should prove not to be so.
- Where information is given without reference to another party in a valuation report, it shall be taken that this information has been obtained or gathered through best efforts and to the author’s best knowledge.
- No structural survey has been made of the buildings and therefore 99 Group are not able to report that the buildings are free of rot infestation or any other defect. None of the services in the buildings will have been tested.
- Unless otherwise instructed, 99 Group do not normally carry out requisitions with the various public authorities to confirm that the property is not adversely affected by any public schemes. No requisition on the road or drainage proposals will have been made.
- No allowance will be made in the report for any charges, mortgages, outgoings or amounts owing on the property, nor for any expenses or taxes which may be incurred.
- The title to the property is assumed to be good and free from any encumbrances and restrictions of an onerous nature unless otherwise specified. 99 Group accepts no responsibility for any investigations into title, searches and requisitions and other such legal matters.
- The author of the report is not required to give testimony or to appear in court or any other tribunal or to any government agency by reason of this valuation report or with reference to the property in question, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
- Any plan or map included in this report is solely for identification purposes only and should not be treated as certified copies of areas or other particulars contained therein.
- 99 Group certifies that, to the best of our knowledge, all statements and information which appear in the report are true, and no pertinent information has been knowingly or deliberately withheld.
- In any valuation report, it is assumed that the current use of the property is not in contravention of any planning or other statutory regulations or law.
- Valuation reports are prepared subject to the following Limiting Conditions:
- Flyers
- Only those who have purchased access to the flyer program may order flyers which must be specific to the named purchaser. Those who have purchased access to the flyer programme may not order flyers in the name of or for the benefit of any third party.
- Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that the content of any flyer ordered complies with any applicable laws, including CEA rules. Similarly, purchasers are responsible for obtaining any agency approval that may be required. The final content of any flyer must be agreed in writing by the purchaser in its entirety before production.
- Purchasers acknowledge that the lead time for the production of flyers is variable including but not limited to; order demand, design period and availability of printing slots.
- All orders for flyers must be based upon the standard template and purchasers are permitted up to three revisions of their initial design without additional costs. Additional charges will apply for any subsequent revisions.
- All flyer printing orders submitted by the Purchaser shall constitute a binding and confirmed order upon receipt by 99 Group and production may proceed without any further written confirmation. Pricing shall be determined based on the quantity ordered at the time the order is placed.
- Flyers are delivered by SingPost. 99 Group only warrants the delivery of the ordered flyers, correctly addressed to SingPost and accepts no liability whatsoever of any failure to deliver some or all of the flyers on the part of SingPost.
- In certain circumstances flyers may not reach the target addressee due to unit(s) having transacted en-bloc and been vacated, and buildings rejecting flyers. Purchasers acknowledge that the selection of target addresses is solely the purchasers responsibility and 99 Group will not be liable for any rejected item or items that may not be delivered.
- Advertising/Marketing Services
- This section shall apply to all forms of marketing and/or advertising services that may be provided by 99 Group from time to time including Property Listings and Advertising related to individual agents.
- Listings may relate to commercial or residential property and advertisements may relate to individual agents or other products or services that 99 Group may from time to time permit to be advertised on its platforms and/or website(s).
- For the purposes of this section “Content” is that information and/or material supplied by a purchaser to 99 Group for the purpose of submitting a Listing or Advertisement.
- All content must be submitted in the file format specified by 99 Group which may change from time to time and must include all information required by 99 Group for the completion of any submission.
- Submissions made under this section are not confidential information and any person making a submission warrants that the content doesn’t infringe the rights of any third parties including but not limited to contractual rights, copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right or rights. In particular any Party making a submission must ensure that no image or content contains any watermark or logo of any of 99 Group’s competitors.
- 99 Group reserves the right to accept or reject any Advertisement or Listing at its sole discretion without any requirement to provide reasons to the Party making the relevant submission. The refusal to accept the whole or part of any submitted content of any particular advertisement or listing does not constituent any breach of 99 Group’s contractual obligations as full discretion as to Content rests with 99 Group and that discretion extends to the timing of publication or placement of any Advertisement or Listing as well as its positioning or presentation on any of 99 Group’s platforms.
- 99 Group does not undertake to review or correct any content after submission and/or publication of the said content. Any errors in submitted content are the sole responsibility of the party making any submission.
- 99 Group reserves the right to remove without notice any Advertisement or Listing that it deems non-compliant with any of these Terms of Sale or 99 Group’s General Terms of Use.
- Parties submitting content must ensure that they have all the necessary legal, regulatory and Government approvals, licenses, consents and permits required in relation to any submitted content.
- Any Party who has submitted any content for the purposes of any Advertisement or Listing may request that the content and/or if already published the Advertisement or Listing be withdrawn. In these circumstances 99 Group is not liable for any refund in part or in whole. It may also be the case that it is not feasible to withdraw the submitted content or Advertisement or Listing and in its sole discretion 99 Group may refuse any such request.
- The use of HTML, TAGS, BOTS or any other means other than those provided on the website is a violation of these Terms of Sale and may result in 99 Group deleting any listing. Repeated violations by any account holder may result in an account being suspended or terminated and the forfeiture of any entitlements or benefits remaining under any subscription or package.
- Submitting content for the purposes of any Advertisement or Listing creates in favour of 99 Group an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, right to use, copy, modify, adapt and/or manipulate the Content for purposes including but not limited to public performance or display, or 99 Group’s marketing or distribution or placement of any Advertisement or Listing on other mediums in addition to Websites, Applications or Newsletters.
- By Submitting content the party making the submission undertakes to hold harmless 99 Group and its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, directors, officers and third party providers from all liabilities, demands, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising in connection with any Content including but not limited to the publication of the Content.
- All submissions must be made in accordance with 99 Group’s General Terms of Use https://www.99.co/terms.
- 99 Smart Video
- 99 Group hereby grants Agents using the 99 Smart Video, the background music sub-licensed for the term of the agent’s 99 Group subscription to and in perpetuity the right to make any video productions containing any music piece available worldwide on any and all online channels and platforms provided that the video production is completed before the agent’s 99 Group subscription term ends.
- Agent may not distribute any video productions incorporating background music via:
- linear television (e.g. broadcast, IPTV, cablecast, or satellite television) or as theatrical releases; or
- commercial streaming (and/or download) services (e.g. Netflix, iTunes, Hulu, fitness or wellbeing VOD services, and similar OTT, AVOD, FVOD and SVOD services).
- radio/podcast productions or similar,
- vignettes/theme songs,
- corporate identification material (meaning sound-logos),
- advertisements/commercials (meaning productions published within paid media space, such as, but not limited to; TV/cinema/radio/podcast commercials, out-of-home displays, and online pre/mid/post-rolls),
- any form of monetization channel or platform where you will receive remuneration from, the display of third-party ads in connection with making available the video productions on your connected social media and video sharing platforms
- You hereby acknowledge that you do not acquire any proprietary rights in relation to any background music
- The background music is the sole property of our background music vendor.
- All smart videos created are additionally subjected to the Commercial Subscription Music Licensing terms of our background music vendors and we reserve the right to suspend the sublicense or make changes without any notice.
- Only original recording of the unit listed is allowed for all Smart Video creation. Stock/rendered videos are strictly not allowed and will be taken down without due notice.
- All terms on point 14 in this Terms of sale will also apply to all Smart Videos.
- Must See Listing
- Only resale, whole unit rental and room rental units can be created as a Must See listing.
- No developer and no New Launch units will be allowed.
- Only one Must See listing per unit and per address for resale unit and whole rental unit is admissible at any given time.
- Only Room rental listings are allowed to be listed more than one Must See listing per unit, per address at any given time.
- Refresh credits spent by Purchaser to place their listing as a Must See are non-refundable
- Duration for Must See listing will be selected by the Purchaser upon creation of the listing and is defaulted by weekly block(s).
- The costs are incurred on a weekly basis, based on categories below;
- Resale - Landed 299 credits/week
- Resale - Condo 259 credits/week
- Resale - HDB 229 credits/week
- Rental - Whole unit and room 199 credits/week
- Resale - Commercial 299 credits/week
- Rental - Commercial 199 credits/week
- All Must See Listings are subjected to approval by 99 Group and only listings satisfying the listing photos quality guidelines and requirements and the Verified Listing terms below will be approved. All approval decisions by 99.co shall be final and binding. Rejected listings can be submitted for approval again upon revisal by Purchaser.
- 99 Group reserves the rights to amend/remove any irrelevant content/information and unrelated photos/videos from the Must See listing as and when required, without prior notice, for as long as the content/information and photos/videos does not comply with all of our guidelines and requirements and/or does not correspond to the said listing, as presented in point 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 in this Terms of Sale agreement.
- Top Pick Listing
- Top Pick Listing (“TPL”) means a paid premium placement feature that enables eligible property listings to appear in designated top positions on selected search results pages and listing detail pages on the Platform for a specified duration.
- Top Pick Token ("TPT") may be purchased and utilised only for Residential property listings (Sale, Rent and Room categories) by agents who have an active Performer-tier subscription (or higher) at the time of purchase and at the time of use.
- Commercial property listings are not eligible for TPL, unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
- TPT is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, or such other validity period as may be specified by the Company from time to time. Any unused TPT shall automatically expire at the end of the applicable validity period without refund, reinstatement, extension, or conversion into any other products.
- TPT is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-convertible into cash or any other products.
- The duration of a TPL placement shall be selected by the Purchaser at the time of booking and shall be applied in day-based blocks, in accordance with the Company’s prevailing booking rules and availability.
- Verified Listings
- The Purchaser undertakes to ensure and hereby represents and warrants at all times that Verified listings are and shall be a real listing in accordance to CEA's Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care: Duties in respect of advertisements under the Estate Agents Act 2010,
- which represents the actual property which the Client has the right to market
- still available to be marketed
- and any other guidelines provisioned under the CEA's Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care: Duties in respect of advertisements
- Unit number is a required field for Verified Listing to certify the listing as real.
- If any of the Verified listings is reported and confirmed as not real, 99.co reserves the right to take actions against the listing and the Purchaser, which include, but not limited to:
- removal of the offending listing,
- blacklisting the Purchaser on the portal,
- reporting the Purchaser to CEA for non-compliant with the CEA's Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care: Duties in respect of advertisements under the Estate Agents Act 2010
- Upon activation, the Verified status is valid for 30 days. Verified status can be renewed once the 30 day period expires.
- Refresh credits spent by Purchaser to Verify their listings are non-refundable.
- This service is available for subscribing agents only.
- All credit purchases are non-refundable.
- By using the credit, you are accepting the 99 Group’s General Terms of Use
- The Purchaser undertakes to ensure and hereby represents and warrants at all times that Verified listings are and shall be a real listing in accordance to CEA's Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care: Duties in respect of advertisements under the Estate Agents Act 2010,
- Listing Regulations
- All listings posted should be genuine and of real time. False, fake, unpermitted and misleading ads will be removed and can lead to account suspension.
- Reported unauthorized listings will be removed immediately.
- Agent is responsible for making sure that the listing is taken off from the platforms when the property is no longer available (e.g. sold, or property is withdrawn from the market).
- Re-posted listings that are no longer available will be removed
- 'Fishing' of clients by using fake & false listings is absolutely forbidden and can lead to account suspension.
- Listings are based on per unit per listing - 1 unit per ad. Generalizing multiple projects into one listing is not allowed and will be removed.
- ONLY local Singapore listings are permitted. Unauthorised overseas property listing will be removed immediately.
- Contact details other than the registered advertising Agent's contact details as per account registration is not permitted.
- Agents submitting listings must ensure that they have all the necessary legal, regulatory and Government approvals, licenses, consents and permits required in relation to any submitted content.
- Listings should not express citizenship/nationality preferences unless it falls within the Non-Citizen Quota for Renting Out of Flat.
- Abiding to CEA guidelines, Estate agents and salespersons are not allowed to place advertisements that are offensive and discriminatory in nature. The following extracts of CEA's requirements on the estate agency industry refer:
- Paragraph 3.4 of CEA's Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising states that salespersons shall not indicate preference for any race or religion in all advertisements unless it is to comply with the Ethnic Integration Policy which aims to achieve a balanced ethnic mix among the various ethnic communities living in public housing estates; and
- Paragraph 3.3.5 of CEA's Professional Service Manual(PSM) states that in advertising properties (including public housing and private properties) for sale, purchase or rental, salespersons should be sensitive to the diverse, multi-racial and multi-cultural nature of society and advise their clients against placing advertisements that are discriminatory, offensive or stereotyped in nature against any particular race, religion or group in society.
- 99 Group reserves the right to remove without prior notice any Advertisement or Listing that it deems non-compliant with any of these terms and conditions
- Listing regulations - Photos/Videos/Multimedia files.
- Agent must not post any material (especially photos and videos) on the listings that he/she doesn't have the copyright for, or permission from the copyright holder. 99 Group reserves the right to remove any material that breaches copyright laws or in acts of infringement.
- Agents are not allowed to post other than property photos and/or videos for the listings relevant to the property. The following rules apply to all listings across 99 Group platforms;
- Interior photos MUST be an exact representation of the unit advertised. Photos as illustration purposes SHOULD ONLY be scanned images from project brochures.
- Disclaimer that "photos are for illustration purposes only" will not be considered and images will be suspended immediately
- Photos/Videos without owner’s permission or to falsely represent owner’s property
- The following photos are not acceptable
- Unclear and/or low-quality photos
- Photos that contain text
- Photos that contain agent’s face
- Duplicated photos
- Photos that contain visual element that is not relevant to the property
- Photos/Videos/multimedia files that belong to another entity and used without permission
- Photos/Videos/multimedia files that contain other property portal’s watermark
- Invalid video content, eg: broken url, not relevant to advertised property
- Only agent's personal website URL is allowed on property information and/or as a watermark on property photos.
- Please note that it is against the law to:
- Use other people's photos without their permission.
- List properties and photos without owner's permission or to falsely represent owner's property
- 99 Group reserves the right to remove without prior notice any videos/photos/multimedia files that are non-representative of the property listed
- Provision of Leads
- Lead constitutes data collected from buyers, tenants, sellers or agents who enquire on Purchaser’s listing using WhatsApp, phone call, or the chat feature.
- Data collected will be made available to the Purchaser via 99 Group in addition to direct communication between the lead and the listing agent, if such information has been provided by Purchaser.
- 99 Group makes no representations about the sufficiency or quality of leads that it provides to the Purchaser, i.e. whether a lead responds to the Purchaser, or the lead decides to not proceed and follow through with the Purchaser.
- X-Value

- A Purchaser may refer their customers and/or contacts to become members of Sites to enable them to track the value of their home.
- Anyone making such a referral warrants that they have the consent of the party they refer to be referred for that purpose and to be contacted in relation to the referral
- Once any user signs up to become a member of Sites, they are subject to 99 Group’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy both of which may be amended from time-to-time.
- 99 Group reserves the right, subject to the 99 Group’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to contact its members, including those referred by others with consent for purposes such as marketing of products and services, including 99 Group’s products and services.
- While any person making a referral may have access to certain personal information of any person referred, the referrer undertakes not to use such information in any way that would breach 99 Group’s General Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or the PDPA. Users may request to delink from any agent at any time and should any user make such a request, 99 Group will delink that user expeditiously.
