About Champions Way
The Urban Development Authority (URA) released the residential site at Champions Way in the first half of 2023 under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. Situated in Woodlands, District 25, this new launch condominium has a 99-year lease and a site area of 14,433 sqm. This is the first residential site launched in the Woodlands precinct since 2011 (Parc Rosewood). The development will have a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 30,309 sqm and is expected to yield a potential 350 units.

Connectivity and Accessibility to Champions Way
The GLS site is a mere 7-minute walk from Woodlands South MRT situated along the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). This grants residents convenient access to other areas in Singapore as they will be able to reach Orchard in 25 minutes, the Central Business District in 30 minutes and Marina Bay in 35 minutes. Additionally, Woodlands MRT on the North-South Line (NSL) and Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange is one stop away, offering even more transportation options for residents. The Woodlands North MRT station is also just two stops away from Woodlands South. In future, Woodlands North will be linked to Bukit Chagar station in Johor Bahru via the Rapid Transit Link (RTS) and will improve connectivity for commuters across the causeway.

Champions Way is also connected to other major roads and highways, allowing easy access when driving to other parts of Singapore. Notable roads and highways in the vicinity include Seletar Expressway (SLE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).
Schools near Champions Way
Parents with school-going children do not have to worry because plenty of schools are in the site’s vicinity. Most prominently, the renowned Singapore Sports School is located nearby at 1 Champions Way. The school is well-known for offering an integrated sports and academic programme and focuses on nurturing young athletes in Singapore.
However, if you’re enrolling your child in a primary school instead, there are several options nearby. With the revision in the Ministry of Education's home-school distance calculation for the Primary 1 (P1) registration exercise, the distance between schools and houses for priority admission will be measured using the shortest distance between a point around the school and the applicant’s home. This change will alleviate parents' concerns regarding the distance between their residences and adjacent schools.

Vista Point, a 2-storey neighbourhood centre, is just 5 minutes by foot and offers an array of goods and services like tuition centres, medical clinics, food courts, a wet market, and more. Additionally, Woodlands’ megamall Causeway Point is a short 5-minute drive away and boasts major tenants like Fairprice Finest, Cathay Cineplexes, Courts, Food Republic, and more. Nature lovers can rejoice as Woodlands is home to numerous parks and nature sites. As one of the largest parks in Singapore, Admiralty Park features extensive greenery, playgrounds and a boardwalk. There is also Woodlands Waterfront Park which is known for its picturesque waterfront views. Residents and visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the entire coastal park and the Straits of Johor. URA Master plan - Woodlands
According to the URA Master plan, Woodlands Regional Centre is poised to become the largest economic hub in the North, covering 100 hectares of land space. With new industrial, commercial and residential developments, it will present a nucleus of opportunities for those residing in Woodlands and the Northern region of Singapore.
