Stayed as a tenant for 4 years! Left because the rent increased but I had a really nice stay in the condo (the apartment are spacious, the facilities are great and the location is still quite central)!
Only downsides is the management that is very inflexible, carpark that is too narrow and that you have to cross the road wherever you go!
