About Former Chuan Park
Former Chuan Park is a 99-year leasehold condominium located in Serangoon in the heart of District 19. Built between 1984 to 1985, the development spanned across a 400,588 sqft site and comprised 444 condominium units and two strata commercial units. In May 2023, the High Court approved Chuan Park’s collective sale of S$890 million after ruling that the sale was made in good faith.
Chuan Park was sold to renowned developers Kingsford Huray Development and MCC Land (Singapore). This marks the biggest collective sale since Tulip Garden in 2019. According to Kingsford and MCC, the new launch condominium will be a ‘new-concept residential project in District 19’.
