Lentoria
Lentoria is a new launch condominium located within the Lentor vicinity in District 26 with a site area of 116,486 sqft (10,821.9 sqm) and a lease of 99 years.

TID Residential Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan, won the GLS site for Lentoria at Lentor Hills Road (Parcel B) with a S$$276.36 million bid. This amounted to S$1,130 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). This project is expected to yield 267 residential units and slated to launch in 2023 or early 2024.
Lentoria's site comprises a high-rise zone of up to 19 storeys and a low-rise zone of 8 storeys. Depending on the arrangement of the residential blocks, some blocks might get unblocked views of the Thomson Hills and Teachers' Housing Estate.

Lentoria is a 6-minute walk from Lentor MRT station, allowing residents access to the Thomson East Coast Line (TEL). With the TEL, residents will be able to travel along the line to commute to places such as Gardens by the Bay, Marine Parade, Orchard Road and Upper Thomson.
For residents who drive, it is a short 7-minute drive to Seletar Expressway (SLE) and Central Expressway (CTE) via Yio Chu Kang Road. These expressways will bring residents closer to places like the Central Business District (CBD) and the Punggol Digital District.

Public transport is set to improve when the Cross Island line (CRL) is completed in the early 2030s. Residents of Lentoria can take the CRL from Ang Mo Kio station (or change lines at Bright Hill MRT) to get to eastern and western Singapore, including Jurong Lake District and Changi.
Lentoria will also be a short drive to the North-South Corridor (NSC), Singapore's longest transit corridor connecting the northern region to the city. The 21.5km corridor will cut travelling times by 10-15 minutes. There will be dedicated bus lanes, cycling trunk routes and pedestrian paths.
Ang Mo Kio will also be Singapore's first model walking and cycling town with dedicated cycling paths. The park connectors will link residents to various amenities in the housing estate and MRT stations. In future, the walking and cycling paths will connect Ang Mo Kio to other estates, increasing convenience for Lentoria's residents.
