1 year agoOld walk up residential apartment without any facilities. Very near Novena malls, mrt and church. Short term stay ( Airbnb/less than 3 months) is illegal in all Sg residential units, incl condo/apartments. As all units are less than 90sqm, only up to 6 tenants are legally allowed for long-term stay, also due to Sg law. Thus, rent at your own risk.
